By registering on PrintSarthi.com, users (printers/designers) agree to follow the platform’s policies and use the platform responsibly. PrintSarthi only acts as a medium to connect users and does not guarantee the quality or outcome of any order processed between users.

Users can create orders by checking product availability based on location and pricing. Once selected, files can be uploaded and sent for printing. Payment settlements for such orders must be handled independently between users. PrintSarthi does not facilitate or manage payments for user-to-user transactions.

Registered users can manage their individual customer orders using their accounts. Each user is responsible for the accuracy and timely update of their account information.

Raw material listed on PrintSarthi is sold only by PrintSarthi itself. Advance payment is required to place an order. Other users (printers/designers) can only purchase, not sell, materials on the platform.

Editable design files are available for download after making an advance payment. These files are intended for use by registered printers and designers only.

PrintSarthi is not responsible for any dispute, delay, or financial loss between users. All communication, payment, and delivery should be managed by the involved parties themselves.

PrintSarthi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
